The sunroom has the same stone on the floor as the foyer. Windows on three sides makes this a great place to enjoy your plants all winter long. From the screened porch you can go onto the deck that extends the entire length of the house where, again you can enjoy the beautiful views. The deck is also accessible from the great room, dining room and one of the bedrooms.
Back from the foyer you can follow the hall to two bedrooms and a bath on the main floor. On the way you will see the utility room which leads to the oversized two car garage. The garage has a separate door to the outside so you don't have to raise the overhead doors to come and go. The guestroom is in the front of the house and the larger bedroom is in the back with the views to the golf course and woods. The main floor bath is accessible from both bedrooms and the rest of the main level. These doors as well as the front door are extra wide to accomodate a wheelchair. The foyer also leads to the stairway to the spacious master suite on the second floor. This is a large bedroom also overlooking the wooded area. One of the two walk-in closets is actually a dressing room. The bath has a garden tub, two sinks and a large stall shower. There is also a skylight and vent fan. The deck extends the entire back of the house with a beautiful wooded view and a screened porch. Full poured basement is studded out for a complete apartment. (one bedroom, bath, kitchen and greatroom)plus extensive storage and workshop area. Under the sun room is a cart room with an automatic garage door. As you walk through the house you will notice the high quality of materials used, stain-grade hardwood doors, topline door hardware and other things that make apparent the planning and fine workmanship in this home. Any one who has viewed these pages will be happy to know the house has been sold but I have decided to incorporate this page into my garden and home pages. My original intent was to show the construction of the various homes as well but most of those pictures are on slides and it will take some time to get them into files. Hope I'll have time one day. |
