Spanish Trip

We stayed in a lovely paradore in Salamanca with a view of the town from the balcony. Unfortunately, I tripped trying to go up a step in the morning and then took another flyer after leaving the diningroom at the paradore. Actually I was rather pleased because I didn't break any bones so feel like my bones must be getting better. The big problem here was transportation so we were unable to see more of the town than the tour we had the first day. The walk up the hill proved to be too much for us. It was raining but we toured the university and the cathedral there in Salamanca. We also went to a training ranch for fighting bulls and bullfighters. We saw some very interesting sites there and learned a great deal about bullfighting and its traditions.
