This week we studied a bunch of things, a lot of them having to do with links. I've adapted a page from my town to experiment on some of these features. I will also use others on this page and one that I have linked to the town page to facilitate the links from there. The Anytown Page will show, among other things, the first-letter and first-line and various other psuedo-selectors as well as the three anchor states as well as the hover state.
I tried to force a page break with no success but perhaps before I submit this I will discover the reason. I also used this paragraph to demonstrate the line height double spacing.

And this is a demonstration of the vertical-align property. This was a surprise. I was trying to get the flowers to move up and down and when they didn't I put the span tag around the words and they moved.
