I just realized we were supposed to submit homework and know that the purpose of these pages is to practice what we are learning. For that reason I will test out some of the features included in this lesson.

Here I'm trying to test the align feature. I used the align attribute and it will work for left and right but it didn't work for center. So I repeated the picture with the center tag below. I realize to truly test the wrap feature I need to have more words in the paragraph, so I am just rattling on in order to increase the effect of the word wrap. Maybe I should recite a poem or something because I can't think of anything else to write now. Let's see if this does the trick. Of course a lot depends on the margins on the page and since we haven't discussed that yet (that I remember) I'm not sure how to do that.

Here I used the center tag but no matter what I tried the pictures slid up into the same line. I suddently discovered the BR clear tag in the lesson and this is the result. I think tables give you a much better chance to get what you want but this really helped with this problem.

This is an example of how a thumbnail can save time on the download and give the viewer an opportunity to decide whether he wants to load the larger picture.

This particular lesson has been very rewarding for me since I have been using the try, fail, try again method. Now I have an idea of how to solve a lot of the problems I've had. But most and foremost I know....YOU MUSTN'T MAKE TYPOS. I think that's the number one reason for things not working right.
